Lynn is the Founding Director of UWGB’s Center for Food in Community and Culture, co-editor of Critical Food Issues: Problems and State of the Art Solutions. She grew up on a farm and worked her way through school as a cook at the Green Lantern Co-Op restaurant in Madison, WI.
"My experience and passion for promoting healthy, local food will help sustain the time-consuming and complicated project of developing New Leaf Foods as a thriving and vital community food hub and educational center connecting consumers, growers, and artisan producers to support health and wellness, prosperous local farm and food businesses, good jobs, equitable communities, and a thriving local food economy."
Selena is a lifelong Green Bay resident, and her passion is food. She has over 25 years’ experience in the local food industry including: restaurants, healthcare dietetics, school foodservice and food manufacturers.
Currently, she owns and operates her own culinary consulting business, Culinary Innovations, which specializes in creative content development and technical R&D Chef support for the food service industry.
Selena is excited to serve our community by supporting and promoting the mission of New Leaf Foods. Look for her this summer at many of the Farmers Markets as part of our Chef's Table at the Market program and check out her recipes on our web Blog under the Chef’s Corner banner.

Samantha is a student at the University of Green Bay studying Communications with emphasizes on Social Media, Mass Media, Organizational Communication and Public Relations. She is graduating Fall of 2023 and wants to continue to learn how to live a sustainable life.
Jayne is a Pre-K Teacher and Founder of www.greenschoolsrock.com. She serves on the city of De Pere's Sustainability Commission and is a Green Schools Mentor and Certified Green Classroom Professional. Jayne is also a Certified Facilitator for Project Wet & Project Wild.
Jayne is an active environmental advocate and is working to turn schools green across the country. Jayne is the author of two books and fun fact is dyslexic. Jayne has served on four different non-profit boards and is very active volunteering in her state.
Mallaidh is a farmer and a marketer. As the owner of MJM Farm Marketing LLC, she helps farmers, ranchers, and rural business owners sow and grow their marketing efforts. She is passionate about connecting farmers and consumers to create a thriving local food system.
During her free time you can find Mallaidh hanging out with her cows, baking something new with sourdough, or buried deep in yet another home renovation project.
Vicki has been contributing content to New Leaf Foods for several years an a variety of topics., including blog posts, recipes and her gardening expertise.
Brittany comes to us from the wonderful world of high volume retail management and sales and is passionate about learning. She is a firm believer in community and cooperation and building that community with intent. She sees the future through green "solarpunk" lenses and is looking forward to learning and working with everyone. Her educational background is in Psychology and Human Development, so she's particularly interested in the social impacts this movement has.
Andy is a stay-at-home dad and school bus driver in Denmark, WI. Before that he worked as a Food Safety and Production Specialist for several food processing plants throughout the Midwest. He is a graduate of SUNY Environmental Science and Forestry with a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology with a minor in Environmental Urban Ecology, a Milwaukee Food Leader Program Graduate, a George Washington University Sustainable Food Policy Fellow, and known in Milwaukee as "Orchard Andy" for his work establishing fruit orchards throughout Wisconsin's biggest city. He is interested in working in his new home here in NE Wisconsin to build a resilient and inclusive local food system that we can all rely on for generations to come.
