Tree Grafting Class

This Saturday March 29th, NWTC will host two sessions of a Tree Grafting Class at the greenhouse on their campus. (*Note the greenhouse is located off the Green Bay Botanical Garden's parking lot furthest from its entrance.)

Session 1: 10am - 12pm 

Session 2: 12pm - 2pm

The class will be taught by Dillon Weist, NWTC's Bounty Garden Manager! The class is FREE to attend and you'll walk away with a rootstock of an amazing edible perennial of your choice! Learn the basics of tree grafting to ensure the success of your plant, and for future use. The following plants will be available during the class: 

  • Cherry trees

  • Plum trees

  • Dwarf apple trees

  • Standard apple trees

Please bring your own container for the rootstock such as a gallon or half-gallon milk jug. No sign up is required for this event.
